Returns & Exchanges

All sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has been placed.

If there is an issue with your order, please contact us at hello@shoobiswim.com within 7 days of delivery and include your order number, the email address used at checkout, and clear photos if the item arrived damaged or incorrect. We will review the issue and determine the best next step.

For hygiene reasons, swimwear cannot be returned or exchanged.

Once an order has been placed, we cannot guarantee changes to size, color, shipping address, or order details. Please review your order carefully before completing checkout.

Any order inquiry must come from the email address used to place the order.
